Private guided tours of Rome aboard electric golf carts, with hotel pickup and drop-off within central Rome. Tours are always private (your group only). Groups larger than 7 guests travel on multiple carts in convoy. Itineraries are indicative and may be adapted for traffic, events, weather or municipal restrictions, always preserving the tour's value.
Prices are per group, based on the number of guests, as shown at checkout before payment. They include cart, driver-guide, pickup/drop-off and onboard amenities; they do not include monument entrance tickets and, unless stated (Rome in One Day), food and drinks. Payment is taken online at booking via Stripe (major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The confirmation email with your booking code is your receipt of purchase.
To cancel or change a booking, write to romebycart@gmail.com or WhatsApp +39 392 636 3857 quoting your booking code.
Please be ready at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time; delays over 20 minutes without notice may be treated as a no-show. Children must be declared at booking (ages required) and remain seated during the ride; child seats are provided free on request. Guests must follow the driver-guide's safety instructions.
Moda S.r.l. holds the insurance required by law for passenger transport activities. We are not liable for delays or itinerary changes caused by traffic, public events, acts of authorities or force majeure, nor for personal belongings left on board.
Under art. 59(n) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to leisure services with a specific date; our voluntary cancellation policy in section 4 applies instead.
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory venue is the consumer's place of residence where applicable; EU consumers may also use the ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
